After the opening address by the Managing Director, Dr. Anthony Oteng-Gyasi, there was a review of Sales Performance for the previous year, 2014. This Sales Performance Appraisal was done by the Finance Manager, Mr. Wisdom Ahorney.

Subsequent training sessions were held on “Selling Industrial Products” led by CEO of Superbrand Solutions, Mr. Roland Adade where key selling skills were learnt for effective selling of TCCL products.

Participants were also taken through a series of Product based trainings by Mr. Daniel Oblai (Quality Supervisor), Mrs. Irina Odame (Quality Manager) and Mr. Michael Dugbartey (Production Manager) of which topics like “Selecting Cables for Right Purposes” and “Alternative Cable Selection” was discussed in depth.

In rounding up the interesting sessions for the day, the Marketing Manager, Mr. Kofi Sam, outlined 2015 Sales Targets for all the Distributors and Depots present. He then urged the representatives to be strategic in their sales approach and ensure that we collectively exceed our set targets for the year.
