Sales & Marketing Manager
Kwame holds a bachelor’s degree in Fisheries & Aquatic Science from the University of Cape Coast and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI) where he served as the Director, Outreach Programs for the PMI-Ghana Chapter in 2015.
Kwame joined TCCL in 2012 as a Depot Supervisor in charge of managing a newly established sales Depot in Madina. He rose through the ranks to Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager in 2018 responsible for extending the Distribution network of TCCL into new territories. With his dynamic marketing skills and accumulated experience in project management he led the establishment of nine (9) additional TCCL Regional Depots and helped to grow the capacity of many individual distributors. In 2023, he was appointed as the Sales & Marketing manager of TCCL.
Kwame is a trained ISO Auditor (ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements Standard) and participates regularly in systems Quality Management Auditing.
Aside cooperate work, he is adventurous, likes touring, animals, music and sports. His love for nature and animals led him into farming where he manages a few acres of crops and farm animals.
In sports, he plays golf, basketball, swims and enjoys athletics. He was the competition secretary of the Centre of The World Golf Club, Tema and served as the youngest management member of the club between 2021-2023.
He is married with two lovely children and enjoys spending time with the family.
