He has over twenty (20) years of experience in the Cable Manufacturing Industry in various roles that includes:

- Production Planning
- Material Requirement Planning
- Production Master Data Management
- Product Costing - Bill of Material (BOM) & Routing
He also has other expertise in:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Implementation and Customization.

Bernard is married with 3 adorable children. He enjoys watching football. In the foreign football leagues, he supports Chelsea FC and Real Madrid. In the local league, he is also a proud supporter of Kumasi Asante Kotoko
