Human Resource & Administration Manager
Andrews Ahele Ahene is a leading and seasoned Human Resource Management Professional with more than twenty-two (22) years of industry practice in both the Public and Private Sectors. He has worked in several local and international organizations.
Prior to joining TCCL as its Human Resource and Administration Manager in November, 2025, he worked in several local and international organizations including Ghana Airways Limited, Finatrade Group, West African Examinations Council, and Best Assurance Company Limited.
He is an industry expert with interest in handling strategic HR issues, advising on law and policies, drafting and implementation of HR policies and procedures and human capital development. He possesses a strong drive and determination managing people at various levels towards the achievement of team and organizational goals
Currently, he holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Central University and various certificates on courses attended in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Leadership.
Andrews is a prolific writer who has authored several books and articles including: HR & Cost, The Ten Commandments of Employee Discipline, Rules of Engagement, Dare to Soar with Eagles.
